A method for the surgical treatment of esophageal cancer extending to laryngopharynx comprises the extirpation of laryngopharynx and esophagus followed by the reconstructive surgery with graft from the stomach and anostomosis with the oropharynx. The graft from then stomach is generated as the tube tailored from the greater curvature sparing the anthral division with the feeding right gastric and right gastroepiploic arteries. |
