<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-aqueous electrolyte battery in which volume density of an electrode mixture is high, deformation of the battery can be restrained even when a laminate film is used as an outer package material, and superior battery characteristics are obtained. <P>SOLUTION: A positive electrode 13 and a negative electrode 14 arranged in an outer package film facing each other through a separator 15 and a polymer compound layer 16. The negative electrode 14 has a negative electrode mixture layer 14b with a volume density of ≥1.70 g/cm<SP>3</SP>and ≤1.90 g/cm<SP>3</SP>. The negative electrode mixture layer 14b contains mixed particles in which spherical graphite of average particle size of ≥25 μm and ≤35 μm and non-spherical graphite of average particle size of ≥8 μm and ≤22 μm are mixed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
