摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phase adjustment method of performing an accurate phase adjustment of a rotational position detector to a synchronous reluctance motor. <P>SOLUTION: The phase adjustment method includes: a first step of carrying a current to a three-phase coil in the synchronous reluctance motor; a second step of acquiring a rotational position signal when a rotor receives a magnetomotive force and stops at a stabilization point; a third step of adjusting a relative phase of the rotational position detector to the synchronous reluctance motor based on the acquired rotational position signal. The rotor can be fixed to the rotational position corresponding to the arrangement direction of the predetermined phase by carrying the current to the three-phase coil, so that a fluctuation in a torque can be suppressed in the vicinity of the stabilization point, and a zero point of the rotational position can be accurately acquired.
