PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for evaluating the validity of registered bookmarks by solving the problem that information such as the number of the registration of bookmarks is disclosed in a service such as social bookmarks, and it is possible to measure popularity by using the information as an index, but all the registered bookmarks are not necessarily valid. SOLUTION: A client acquires an access log according to the use of social bookmarks, and transmits an access log to a bookmark server device, and a management server periodically analyzes the received access log, and calculates an access frequency, and grades the validity of the bookmarks on the basis of the calculated access frequency.
