PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the clogging of the inside of a horizontal drainage main 7 with garbage solid matter by means of a relatively simple means. SOLUTION: An on-off valve 11 is interposed in a portion, near an inflow port 8a, of the horizontal drainage main 7 which is connected to the inflow port 8a of a drainage treatment tank 8; a pump 11 and a liquid passing pipe 12 for feeding drainage water in the drainage treatment tank 8 into the horizontal drainage main on an upstream side with respect to the on-off valve 9 are provided; and a back flow regulating means 13 for inhibiting garbage drainage water w in the horizontal drainage main 7 from flowing backward into the pump 11 through the liquid passing pipe 12 is provided.
