METHOD FOR PREVENTING POSTOPERATIVE GRAVITATIONAL BREAST PTOSIS

A method for preventing postoperative gravitational breast ptosis comprises de-epidermation of the periareolar area and the round area 2- above the previous position of the mamillo-alveolar complex, the excision of the breast tissues involved in ptosis. In addition, the submammary fold is generated by turning and insetting the lower breast pole into the cavity resulting from the detachment of the breast out of the great pectoral muscle and sewing it up to the pectoral fascia and the great pectoral muscle at the level of ribs II-III.
