PURPOSE:To enable a tire whose vulcanizing time is short to move forward to an unloading position by taking out a bladder by outrunning a tire whose vulcanizing time is long, by a method wherein loading of the tire, insertion of the bladder, clamping, breaking and heating of a mold, taking out of the bladder and unloading of the tire whose vulcanization is completed are performed at each position and a mold block is moved among each of the positions with a conveyor. CONSTITUTION:A function of vulcanization is fractionalized into (1) loading of a tire, (2) insertion of a bladder into the tire, (3) breaking, clamping and pressurization of a mold, (4) the pressurization and holding of the mold, (5) taking-out of a blader, and (6) unloading of the tire whose vulcanization is completed. Only the (4) is equipped with each of a plurality of mold blocks and the other functions and mechanisms (1)-(6) are arranged detachably at a fixed position to each mold block. A plurality of vulcanizing positions C1-C7 are provided, a mold block moving conveyor CV is provided among those positions, the loading position B and the unloading position A, through which the mold block is made movable arbitrarily. |
