The method involves performing a machining process and a molding process in two manufacturing steps, respectively. The two manufacturing steps are temporally and successively performed by a tool i.e. broaching needle. The broaching needle is provided with a shaft (1), a guide (2), a cutting part with a toothing (3) and an end piece (4), and the cutting part is separated into two manufacturing regions such as a machining tooth region (6a) and a molding tooth region (6b). Tooth is formed at the two tooth regions, respectively. An independent claim is also included for a broaching needle comprising a shaft and a guide.
