The element is coupled with a heating element e.g. heating web, where the element has a focal length of less than 3 millimeter. The element is designed as a lens e.g. positive and negative lens, where the positive lens is made of thermoplastic plastic, and the negative lens is made of a silicon-containing material i.e. silicone. The negative lens partially or completely encloses the positive lens, and the heating web is connected directly with the element. The element is arranged before a light emitter and/or a light receptor. An independent claim is also included for an opto-electronic sensor arrangement.
