A take-off comb element is provided to offer processing reliability by preventing deformation of a head and to insert and discharge yarns completely on knitting materials. A take-off comb element(10) includes a second portion(11) having a yarn receiving opening(26) and a first portion having a head(34) to close the yarn receiving opening. The yarn receiving opening is extended from the head. The head has an inclined surface(37) facing the yarn receiving opening. The first and the second portions are arranged to a longitudinal direction to be moved.
