A system for measuring fuel consumption of an engine by using a radio communication unit is provided to transfer measured water temperature or water depth data to an intendance through a radio communication unit, thereby enabling the intendance to monitor collected fuel consumption amount and/or water temperature in real time. A fuel measurement unit measures an internal combustion engine driving time of a ship or a vehicle. An information collecting unit(14) collects measurement data of the fuel measurement unit. An internal combustion engine transceiver(15) transmits data. A ground transceiver(21) receives the transmitted data. A server(23) stores the received data. The server calculates fuel consumption based on the data. A display unit(25) displays the calculated data.
