摘要 A data transmission rate adjustment about serial interface mass storage devices for improving the effective data transmission rate about SATA storage device is provided to minimize the usage of HOLD primitives for flow control of effective data transmission rate. A finite state machine enters a transmission data state when using data for outputting data through serial AT attachment access between a transmitting device and a receiving device(200). The finite state machine determines whether to insert ALIGN primitive for reducing data transmission rate about the receiver(265). The finite state machine outputs the ALIGN primitive through the serial ATA connection from the sending device to the receiver device(275).
