PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate machining or manufacturing, avoid hindrance to a clutch function or the deterioration of used grease by thermal deformation of a stationary side member due to welding, for example, and prevent installation onto a counter member from troubling by properly fixing the stationary side member and a fixed side plate as component elements of a clutch unit. SOLUTION: A first clutch part 5 is provided between a control member 3 and an input side member 1 provided in a torque transmitting passage between input and output, and a second clutch part 6 is provided between the stationary side member 4 which is restrained from rotation and an output side member 2 in this clutch unit. The fixed side plate 7 is fixed to the stationary side member 4 by tightening. Preferably, a tightening part 7c formed on the fixed side plate 7 is bent in a circumferential direction of the stationary side member 4 for calking and fixing it. |
