A printing device and a printing method using an image processing unit setting a paper feeding gap between papers based on a determined toner apply amount and an image processor are provided to prevent a plurality of papers from being stuck by feeding a plurality of paper in a paper discharge section at a proper interval. An image processing unit(202) interprets a printing job received from a data receiving unit(201). The image processor processes the image data included in the printing job. A job information memorizing unit(206) follows an indication from the image processor. The job information storage provisionally memorizes the information about the printing job. A printing device sets up a paper feeding gap between papers based on a determined toner apply amount. |
