An apparatus for manufacturing isocyanate by phosgenation of primary amines is provided to mix two different fluidized materials completely. A rotor-stator type mixer reactor includes a rotationally symmetrical housing(1). The housing consists of a distribution chamber(3), a mixing chamber(2), a front panel(23), an inlet, a carrier, a second inlet, a plurality of parallel openings(7), a plurality of channels, a plurality of pins(15) and an outlet. The front panel includes a central inlet. The inlet is located near the distribution chamber to receive a first material. The carrier transfers the first material from the inlet to the central inlet of the front panel. The second inlet induces a second material to the distribution chamber. The parallel openings are arranged in a rotationally symmetrical way based on the front panel. The parallel opening serves as a passage through which the second material is transferred from the distribution chamber to the mixing chamber. The channel is stretched in a radial direction from the central inlet of the front panel. The channel serves as a passage through which the first material is transferred from the carrier to the mixing chamber. The pin corresponds to the parallel opening of the front panel. The pin is moved in an axial direction. Mixed material is passed through the outlet. |
