Optoelectric assembly with a frequency-doubled solid state laser

The opto-electrical assembly (1) includes a modular frequency-doubled solid state laser (2) which is embedded between metal holders (9) by a curable casting compound (7) with thermal conductivity (lambda ) in the range of 0.1-1.0 W/Km. The solid state laser is provided with an optical resonator (3). The optical resonator is connected with a heat source (5) in thermally conductive manner, for heating solid-state laser. The heat source is controlled by a control unit (4), so that an operating temperature (T) of the solid-state laser is adjusted in a range from 40[deg] C to 55[deg] C.
