A manufacturing method of a diamond cutting wheel is provided to produce excellent cutting tips having optimized sintered density by coating an intermediate material with a low temperature spray method. A manufacturing method of a diamond cutting wheel comprises the following steps of: producing a cutting tip by sintering a metal powder composite and diamond powder(S110); coating the cutting tip with an intermediate member(S120); and welding the cutting tip on a disk made of a steel material(S130). The intermediate material is applied on the cutting tip through a lower temperature spray process.
