A foldable stand is provided to facilitate carrying of keeping of a stand because the leg of stand is fixed in the state that it is folded. A foldable stand(100) comprises a mounting unit(110), plural connection parts(120), a leg(130), a fixing unit(140), holes(122a, 122b, 122c). In the mounting unit, a pole is attachably and detachably inserted. The connection part is combined in the mounting unit. The leg is combined in the connection part. In order to fix on the location, in which leg spreads about the mounting unit the folded location and the upper part spreading the fixing unit is made of the button architecture.
