A degreasing apparatus of an STS(Stainless Steel) cold rolling coil is provided to minimize oil left on the STS strip surface and to extend the service life of degreasing solution by removing the oil before the STS strip enters the degreasing tank. A degreasing apparatus of a stainless steel cold rolling coil comprises a degreasing tank(200) in which the inside is empty so that an STS strip unrolled from a pay-off reel can pass through and the lower end surface is inclined downward, a louver belt(210) in which the STS strip rests and which rotates in the form of endless tack on a driving roll and a driven roll, a drive motor(240) fixed to the outer surface of the degreasing tank and connected to the rotation axis of the driving roll, an oil receiver(270) which is formed to be inclined under the entrance of the degreasing tank, an actuating cylinder(300) fixed to the top of the entrance of the degreasing tank, a tie bar(310) which is linked with the actuating cylinder, a moving plate(320) in which the tie bar is fixed and which is fixed to the top of the entrance of the degreasing tank, and an upper pinch roll(280) which is fixed to the moving plate via a bracket and contacts the upper side of the STS strip.
