HANGUL INPUT METHOD USING TOUCH SCREEN

A method for inputting Hangeul by using a touch screen is provided to enable to input an extension consonant or vowel from basic consonants or vowels by slipping a keypad after pushing the keypad by which a basic consonant or vowel is displayed. After a basic consonant key or a basic vowel key is inputted, the pushed key is slipped in a predetermined direction and this operation is recognized(S14). Based on the recognized slip operation, the extension consonants or vowels that are arranged in the basic vowel keys are selected(S15). The selected extension consonants or vowels are displayed on an input window area(S16).
