A navigation system and an operation method thereof using driving path prediction are provided to predict the driving path of various vehicles and set preferentially a path with low traffic, thereby minimizing traffic jams. A navigation system using driving path prediction comprises a main server(100), and a navigation device(200a,200b,200c). The main server collects and manages the driving information of vehicles. The main server delivers path information to each vehicle. The navigation device transmits the driving prediction information of the vehicles to the main server and receives the path information from the main server.
