A word line driving circuit is provided, which secures the stability of the power-up operation by receiving the power-up steady signal in the power-up operation and selecting word line. A word line driving circuit comprises the main word line drive part(10) and sub word line selective part(30). The main word line drive part outputs the main word line signal in response to the main word line address signal and power-up signal. The sub word line selective part outputs the sub word line selection signal in response to the sub word line address signal and power-up signal. The main word line drive part outputs the main word line signal of the constant logic level in the activation of the power-up signal.
