A bean doughnut manufacturing device is provided to allow doughnut to be made easily by mixing biji (bean-curd refuse) with other materials and by moving a horizontal bar. A bean doughnut manufacturing device comprises a kneading tub(100) where the kneading is contained; a kneading discharge hole which is projected by a certain diameter at the lower surface of the kneading tub and whose end terminal is stepped; a fixed frame which fixes the kneading tub; a fixing member(300) which is connected with the fixed frame; an oil storing part where an oil is stored to fry the biji kneading discharged from the kneading discharge hole into the center part of the fixing member; and a drive member which is formed at the right and left side of the oil storing part. |
