摘要 An acoustic material made of non-woven is provided to offer various uses in vehicle interior materials or construction interior materials for preventing noise with thin thickness. An acoustic material made of non-woven comprises melt-blown nonwoven fabric(1) of 60~95 weight% consisting of binary microfiber having diameter of 0.5~10 mum, and hollow conjugated staple fiber(2) of 5~40 weight% formed and dispersed inside the melt-blown nonwoven fabric. The hollow conjugated staple fiber is dispersed after penetration in the melt-blown nonwoven fabric by high pressure. The hollow conjugated staple fiber has a cavity rate of 10~50%. The acoustic material further includes a support layer(3) formed at least one side of the surface.
