An organic light emitting display is provided to protect an organic light emitting device from external moisture by forming a ultra-thin layer type thin layer getter layer on the organic light emitting device. An organic light emitting display device includes a first substrate(100), an organic light emitting device(200), a thin film getter layer(400), a second substrate(500), and a sealant. The organic light emitting device is located on the first substrate and includes a first electrode, a light emitting layer, and a second electrode. A protective layer is positioned on the organic light emitting device. The thin film getter layer is positioned on the protective layer. The organic light emitting device is sealed by the second substrate. The sealant is positioned between the first substrate and the second substrate. |
