A functional mixed cereal composition and a preparation method thereof are provided to show cooking convenience without spreadability by mixing barley sprout powder, yacon powder, kale powder, Corchorus olitorius powder, broccoli powder, pine needle powder, Salicornia herbacea powder, mulberry leaf power and sea tangle powder. A preparation method for a functional mixed cereal composition comprises the following steps of: mixing a raw mixture and a Mori ramulus tea in a ratio of 10 to 7 by weight; kneading and molding the mixture in a rice grain shape; drying until the mixture content becomes 8% at 45~55°C; and preparing dried raw mixed cereals. The dried raw mixed cereals contain 5-15wt% of dried raw mixed cereals, 5-15wt% of glutinous brown rice, 5-15wt% of brown regular rice, 5-15wt% of black glutinous rice, 5-15wt% of sprouted brown rice, 5-15wt% of barley, 5-15wt% of African millet, 5-15wt% of adlay, 5-15wt% of soybean, 5-15wt% of Rhynchosia volubilis and 5-15wt% of red rice. The raw mixture contains 5-15wt% of barley sprout powder, 5-15wt% of yacon powder, 5-15wt% of kale powder, 5-15wt% of Corchorus olitorius powder, 5-15wt% of broccoli powder, 5-15wt% of pine needle powder, 5-15wt% of Salicornia herbacea powder, 5-15wt% of mulberry leaf power and 5-15wt% of sea tangle powder.
