A reinforcement structure of an FEM(Front End Module) is provided to reduce idle vibration transmitted from a vehicle engine to the FEM by coupling stay elements with a bumper beam and a lower reinforcement element. A reinforcement structure of an FEM includes a bumper beam(400) mounted to the FEM, a lower reinforcement element(7) mounted to the FEM in parallel with the bumper beam with a predetermined distance from the bumper beam, and a stay element(10) coupled with the bumper beam and the lower reinforcement element at both ends respectively for reducing idle vibration transmitted from a vehicle engine to the FEM.
