An organic elestroluminescent display device is provided to increase the efficiency of light generated in a light-emitting layer in order to heighten external quantum efficiency, improve brightness of a display device and to reduce power consumption. An organic elestroluminescent display device comprises a first substrate, a first electrode(160), an insulting layer, a second electrode(180), an organic layer(170), a spacer(182), a first reflection layer(192a), a second substrate, a black matrix(190) and a second reflection layer(192b). The first substrate includes a thin film transistor. The first electrode is located on the substrate and connected to the thin film transistor. The insulating layer is located on the substrate and equipped with an opening to expose the first electrode. The organic layer is located on the first electrode. The second electrode is positioned on the organic layer. The spacer is located on the insulating layer. The first reflection layer is located to cover the spacer. The second substrate includes a color filter at a location corresponding to the organic layer. The black matrix is located on the second substrate and corresponds to the spacer. The second reflection layer is located on the black matrix. |
