A mini projector and a mobile communication terminal having the same are provided to improve efficiently align structure of a field lens to minimize light loss under an offset state of a projection lens system. A mini projector projects a screen of resolutions which is supplied by a mobile communications terminal. The mini projector includes a light source(100), an optical processing unit(200), and a light modulator unit(300). The optical processing unit authorizes the light to the light modulator unit after molding the light from the light source. The optical processing unit projects image light passing through the light modulator unit through a projection lens system(250). The light modulator unit forms an image by adjusting light and shade of the light molded by the optical processing unit.
