A reaction device and an electronic device containing the reaction device are provided to inhibit the increase of the heat capacity of a reaction zone and to increase the temperature increasing velocity. A reaction device(300) comprises a reactor(200) where the reaction of reactants occurs; a first container(1) which accommodates the reactor; and a second container(2) which accommodates the first container, wherein gas is filled in the space between the reactor and the first reactor and is sealed, and the air pressure of the space between the first container and the second container is lower than atmospheric pressure. The reactor has channels(205,207) where the reactants are circulates, and the pressure of the gas is controlled so as to allow the stress formed on the wall constituting the channels to be lower than the fracture stress of the wall by the difference of the pressure of the reactants and the pressure of the gas. |
