An apparatus for controlling an angle of a head lamp is provided to suppress a slip effect by inserting a driver into a space between auxiliary gears and rotating the inserted driver. An apparatus for controlling an angle of a head lamp includes a rotary shaft(30), a rotational gear(40), an auxiliary gear(50), a rotational bar(70), and a screw thread. The rotary shaft penetrates a housing. The rotational gear is supported by one end of the rotary shaft in order to be rotated. The auxiliary gear is positioned at a place corresponding to the rotational gear in order to be rotated. The rotational bar is coupled with the other end of the rotary shaft in order to be rotated. The screw thread is formed at the rotational bar in order to control an angle of a reflector of the head lamp.
