A cooling appliance is provided to omit an additional control element for controlling a drawer part so as to decrease the manufacturing cost and assembly cost of the control element. A cooking appliance includes a main body, a main controller, a drawer, and a drawer heater(430). The main body forms the exterior of the cooking appliance. The main controller forms a part of the exterior of the main body and controls the operation of the main body. The drawer is located in the bottom part of the main body. The drawer heats food or keeps food warm. The drawer heater heats the inner space of the drawer. The drawer heater is controlled by the main controller. The drawer heater is controlled according to time.
