An actuator clamp locking apparatus for a leveling unit of an excavator and a forestry machine equipment is provided to prevent a fastening bolt from being released despite being exposed to long-term vibration. An actuator clamp locking apparatus for a leveling unit of an excavator and a forestry machine equipment comprises a locking plate(10) and a fixing member(14). The locking plate comprises: a fixing hole(12) formed through the center of a main body; and one or more head support parts(13) being formed on both ends of the main body and being faced to a clamping screw nut(8). The locking plate blocks the rotation of the clamping screw nut when being installed at a tilt plate. The fixing member is inserted into the fixing hole and fixes the locking plate on the bottom surface of the tilt plate. The head support part comprises: an opening(15) opened to both outlines in the longitudinal direction of the main body; and a guider(16) spread from the both sides of the opening.
