A charcoal board panel and a manufacture method thereof are provided to secure the discharge of large amount of far infrared rays and negative ions and to show excellent deodorization, microbial-corrosion prevention and moisture absorption effects, thereby being used as an internal or external panel for buildings. A method for manufacturing a charcoal board panel comprises the following steps of: diluting 30-40wt% of at least one material selected among liquid potassium silicate, liquid sodium silicate and a fire-retardant liquid in water; mixing 60wt% of charcoal powder more than 20mesh in size, 10wt% of zeolite powder, 10wt% of biotite powder, 10wt% of illite powder and 10wt% of tourmaline powder in the diluted liquid and drying the mixture; pulverizing the dried mixture more than 20mesh in size; and adjusting the degree of powder according to the hardness and specification of a product.
