METHOD FOR DETECTING X-RAY AND X-RAY DETECTOR FOR PERFORMING THE METHOD

A method for detecting X-rays and an X-ray detector therefor are provided to detect intensity of the X-rays correctly in initial driving of the -ray detector after equalizing ambient temperature of photodetection diodes each other. An -ray detector comprises an X-ray detector part(200) and a thermal circulating part(500). The X-ray detector part comprises a plurality of photodetection diodes detecting X-rays. The thermal circulating part is arranged to be adjacent to a lower part of the X-ray detector part. The thermal circulating part equalizes ambient temperature of the photodetection diodes through circulation of heat.
