FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to non-ferrous metallurgy, particularly to methods of processing of lead-bearing materials. Method includes stock preparation by means of thorough mixing of moist sulphide and oxidised lead-bearing materials with flux and powdered carbonaceous material, herewith mass relation of total sulphide, elementary and sulfur sulphur to total content of sulphur in charge is 0.08-0.87, and powdered carbonaceous material with activation energy of reaction of carbon gasification in the range 56-209 kJ/mole is introduced in the capacity of reducer at 4-12 kg clean carbon per 100 kg of ferric iron and 20-140 kg of clean carbon per 100 kg of sulphate sulphur in stock, drying of received moist stock up to required moisture less than 1%, sintering-melting of dry stock flash roasting in oxygen atmosphere with receiving of disperse oxide melt and mixture if dust and gases of sintering-melting, reducing of disperse oxide melt at its filtration through the layer of heated particles of crushed carbonaceous reducer of size 2-50 mm with receiving of metallic lead, zinc-containing oxide melt and gases, mixture with dust and gases of sintering-melting of dry stock, division of received mixture of dust and reactionary gases with return of dust to sintering-melting of dry stock. Dry stock is subject to blending and classification, and to sintering-melting stage it is fed extracted fraction of dry stock, not less than 90% mass of which are particles with size 0.01-0.10 mm. Additionally content of free moisture in stock at the stage of its preparation is 8-16%, and in the capacity crushed carbonaceous reducer it is used coal with content in dry mass of common carbon is about 49 up to about 80% and volatile from about 11 up to about 27%. ^ EFFECT: increasing of lead extraction into crude metal and dedicated throughput of the process at simultaneous reduction of energy resource cost per unit. ^ 3 cl, 3 dwg, 3 tbl, 5 ex |
