FIELD: power engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat-power engineering and the construction industry and can be used for obtain obtaining slag glass-ceramics during fuel combustion in bubbled melted slag. Fuel combustion and obtaining slag of the given composition is carried out by bubbling oxygen-containing gas through a molten bath with the intensity of 1000-2700 nm3/h on 1 m3 of molten below tuyere and above tuyere zones, and together with the fuel simultaneously add "ù¿", limestone and clay with the intention of obtaining homogenous melted slag, of the given composition, wt %: 62-67 CaO; 18-24 SiO2; 4-7 Al2O3; 1.5-6.5 Fe2O3; 0.5-4.5 MgO; 0.4-1.2 K2O; 0.3-1 Na2O and SO3<1. ^ EFFECT: obtaining melted slag of the given composition, suitable for direct obtaining of Portland blast-furnace slag cement which meets the standards of All-Union-State-Standard, creation of technology by ecologically clean, safe and with high economic efficiency. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg |
