FIELD: production processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to boiler production and can be used in mounting drum boilers and boiler units. The proposed boiler drum mounting method comprises moving the drum by rolls and mounting it on the boiler body top surface by welding boiler rings together followed by seams heat treatment. Note here that the boiler rings are flux welded, layer-by-layer and section by section, with seam section beginning and end displaced in subsequent layers by turning the drum section with advancing rolls rotating. Seams are heat treated in the boiler rings welding zones with the help of convective or inductive heaters, or using the adjacent boiler steam. ^ EFFECT: easier mounting and reduced labour input in boiler drum replacement. ^ 3 cl, 1 dwg |
