METHOD FOR OPTIMIZATION OF WOOD COATING TECHNOLOGY

The present invention generally relates to the method of improvement of adhesion between wood surface and coating (glue, varnish or paint) with optimization of wood processing technology and composition of coating for obtaining effective coating adhesion with wood surface that is obtained with spreading coefficient, coating adhesion work, and coating adhesion work in water maximal values, and coating interface with wood tension minimal value as well as wood surface and coating polarity coefficients similarity calculation on base of contact angles of wood surface and surface tension of coating. Surface tension of liquid coating and its dispersive and polar components is assumed numerically equal with total surface energy and its dispersive and polar part of cured wood coating in all calculations.
