A slim MP3 player with a rotary USB jack comprises: a storing groove which is formed inside an MP3 player body so that a USB(Universal Serial Bus) jack is inserted; an insulation case(210) which is drawn out from the storing groove in a slide type and is coupled in the USB port; a USB terminal formed on the bottom surface of the insulation case; and a USB jack(200) composed of the rotators combined on the middle of the USB terminal; The space is formed on the inner bottom surface of the storing groove to be drawn out in the same direction as the moving direction of the USB jack.
