For advantageous multi-directional force transmission, over the shortest path, to thin reinforced concrete elements, in particular thin-wall bodies of the order of 2 to 4 cm in thickness, bearing elements are cast integrally in the concrete element, said bearing elements having an approximately frustoconical connecting portion and an edge portion extending approximately in the surface direction of the concrete element and spaced from the supporting element. Furthermore, a base portion, which can have a bore for the passage of a supporting element, can be provided. The course, in particular, of the connecting portion is expediently adapted to the assigned course of the respective supporting element. Bearing elements of this type are suitable for concrete slabs which are to be firmly connected to another building member via a bolt connection, and also for concrete slabs which are to be laid on supporting elements. Slight length variations occurring in the slab plane in the case of wall panels, partitions, floor slabs and the like can thereby be accommodated. Sound insulation is possible by means of a coating of plastically-elastically deformable material between the bearing element and the assigned supporting element. <IMAGE>
