Cosmetic process for caring wrinkled skin to reduce the lines, comprises: topical application of a first composition comprising at least an aqueous phase and an insoluble antiwrinkle active agent dispersed in the aqueous phase in the form of particles having an average diameter of 20-200 mu m in volume, on wrinkled areas; and topical application of a second composition comprising a fat phase and/or aqueous phase containing at least an agent enhancing the solubilization of the active particles, on the face comprising at least the areas. An independent claim is included for a cosmetic set for targeting wrinkles comprising the first composition and the second composition.
