An electronic device using organic semiconductor elements is provided to show high reliability as well as high yield without the use of conventional super-thin films. An electronic device using organic semiconductor elements comprises a negative electrode, a positive electrode, a first functional thin film, a second functional thin film and a conductive thin film. The first functional thin film includes a first light-emitting layer between the negative electrode and the positive electrode. The second functional thin film includes a second light-emitting layer between the negative electrode and the positive electrode. The conductive thin film is formed between the first functional thin film and the second functional thin film. The conductive thin film is contacted to the first functional thin film and the second functional thin film. The conductive thin film includes an organic compounds and an acceptor thereof. The lights emitted from the first light-emitting layer and the second light-emitting layer are different.
