Composition comprises substituted phenyl compounds (I) and their salts, solvates such as hydrates and optical and geometric isomers, not simultaneously containing phosphate and sulfate group, in a medium. Composition comprises substituted phenyl compounds of formula (I) and their salts, solvates such as hydrates and optical and geometric isomers, in a medium, where (I) are not simultaneously containing phosphate and sulfate group. R : H or 1-4C hydrocarbon radical; R asulfate or phosphate; R 1(-COOR 1a), (-CO-NR 1bR 2b) or (-CO-NH-OR 3a); R 1alinear 1-6C or branched 3-6C alkyl; R 1b, R 2bH, or linear 1-6C or branched 3-6C alkyl (substituted by OR 2a); R 2aH, sulfate or phosphate; R 3aH, sulfate, phosphate or 1-4C alkyl; and R 2, R 3H, 1-6C or 3-6C alkyl, where R, R 2, R 3are preferably H.
