The fitting (1) has a latch nut (7) for driving an operating rod (4), and mounted in a case (5) in a rotational manner around a rotational axis (8) staggered from a side opposite to a fitted groove with respect to a plane of the operating rod. The latch nut has a crank adapted to be act on a connecting rod assembly (43) comprising a connecting rod (41) and to drive the operating rod. The assembly is articulated with a frame (45) for driving the operating rod. The latch nut has an eccentric opening (17) radially extended with respect to the rotational axis.
