<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminaire manufacturable at extremely low manufacturing cost, and free of concerns of adhesion separation of a shading louver. <P>SOLUTION: The luminaire includes an LED 5, a lens 6 controlling the distribution of light of the LED 5, and the shading louver 7 shading the light from the lens 6 to prevent the light from spreading around.
