PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sign board in which a display content can be rewritten, and a free floating movement is made. SOLUTION: In the sign board, a plastic display 2 enabling electrical rewriting of the display content, is attached to the surface of a balloon 1, or so as to be connected with the balloon as an accessory of the balloon.
