PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat retaining part structure capable of preventing or suppressing the buckling of a side member caused by an input of a load from a seat side at a collision. SOLUTION: In the seat retaining part structure, a connection body 40 is arranged in a range laid from a front side to a rear side of a rear end side bent part 34B of a kick 28C in a rear floor side member 28 and fixed to a bottom 32 of the rear floor side member 28 and an upper end flange 30 with a floor reinforcement 36, and formed into a closed cross section structure in a front view of the vehicle.
