A buffer circuit which normally operates reference voltage of the low level regardless of the input signal is provided to improve the working speed by controlling the bias about the differential amplifying action through the feedback of the input signal. A buffer circuit comprises a differential amplifier(20) and a coupling unit(22). A differential amplifier amplifies the reference node corresponding to the reference voltage and the input node corresponding to the input signal. The differential amplifier outputs the output signal corresponding to the electric potential of the amplified input node. An input signal is coupled with the coupling stage on the reference node. According to the coupling stage is the state change of the input signal, the current amount of the reference node is controlled. The coupling unit comprises one or more capacitor.
