A room temperature maintenance unit of fuel inside a fuel tank is provided to decrease fuel consumption in winter and to improve the fuel ratio because the fuel consumption is regularly maintained regardless of season. A room temperature maintenance unit of fuel inside a fuel tank comprises a heating apparatus which emits heat to one side outside a fuel tank(10) for an automobile or heating. The fuel temperature inside the tank can be maintained at a room temperature through the heating apparatus in winter. The heating apparatus comprises a control box(110) which is operated with a battery or an external power supply, and a thermometer(120) and a hotwire(130) which are connected to a control box. The control box is input of the temperature from the thermometer and controls the temperature of the hotwire according to the set value. The thermometer is attached to the outer side of the fuel tank.
